Chicken Masaledar
Hi Reader, Check out my new recipe! I have made this recipe with some twist...it came out so yummy my family loved it...

Chicken 1 Cut into small Cubes
Red Chilli powder 1tbsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Salt
Curd 2 tbsp
Onion 1 big chopped
Red food Color 2 drops
Oil
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Coriander Powder 1tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Method
Marinate Chicken with 3 tbsp Vinegar and 1tbsp of salt for 2 hours.
In a blender grind chopped onion Coriander and mint leaves.
In another Bowl add 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp vinegar, lemon juice, curd,food color , chat masala , grinded paste and salt and mix it welll.
Now marinate chicken with spices mixture well.
Now take a big pot or vessel n heat oil.
Add marinated Chicken and mix it well. Now keep it on hight flame for 5 minutes.make sure to mix often in middle orelse it will burn.
After 5 minutes lower the heat of stove and let it cook on slow for more 10 minutes or until you see oil from sides.
If done close the stove and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Naan or Steam rice. enjoy :)
