Moroccan Hash Browns

Today I am going to share Moroccan Hash Browns recipe which is hit among kids you can give this yummy hash browns at breakfast or at snack time. I got this recipe from YouTube and my kids enjoyed it very much. Egg toast is my kids favorite Recipe for breakfast or in lunch box. Picky and fussy eater will love this snack.Make and do try out for ramadan too your kids gonna love it. Comment below how it came out ❤️  Ingredients Bread Slices 4  Egg 1 beaten  milk 2 tbsp salt Black Pepper or Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp  Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp  Oil Method  Mix all ingredients except bread. Now heat Pan add some oi to fry Bread toast. Now Dip bread slices one by one in egg mixture well it could coat well in egg mixture. Fry both sides until it changes it color in light brown. Serve this with tomato sauce or mint chutney. My kids just loved in just like that without any sauce or chutney. It's very simple and easy recipe for lunch box or in snack.

Ramadan is near and iam gonna try yummy yet simple Recipes for my kids..as you all know summer is increasing day by day  all we want is easy and fast recipes so here i shared one of my easiest recipe of Dahi Bread. This Recipe is very unique recipe good to serve at breakfast specially for kids. Do try out and let me know in below comment box how well your little munchkin liked it 😍 mine enjoyed a lot... Ingredients Bread Slice 8 Curd  1 cup  Mustard Seeds 1 tsp  Onion 1 chopped Salt  ( according to taste) Black Pepper 1tsp  Oil 2 tbsp  Method Take a deep pan or vessel. Heat the oil.when oil get warm add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds pop up add chopped onions.Cook onions on low heat until it gets translucent. Now dip each bread slice in curd and place in vessel. Dahi Papdi Chat is one of the famous and yummiest chat,I alway love to have it as food meal Dahi papdi is mixture of curd papdi pakodi sweet chutney yummmm...i cant describe the khatta metha taste.Please try it once and have it as snack. khasta kachori is deep fried puffed pastry with spicy tangy moong dal stuffing. You can substitute moong dal with split urad dal also.Serve this kachori with yogurt and different chutneys topped with sev. Yesterday I tried this Kakori Kabab...I got this recipe from Cook With Faiza . Ingredients Mince 1kg (super fine with fat) Cashew nuts 15 Ginger & garlic paste 2tbs Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Poppy seed 1 tbsp Salt 1tsp Poppy seeds 1tbsp Garam masala powder 1tsp Coal to give a BBQ flavour Method Grind cashew nuts, poppy seeds, ginger & garlic to make a paste. Marinate the minced with the grinned paste, crushed red chilli, salt, garam masala mix well. Now grease your palms lightly and make balls. Heat the coal red hot, Place the foil in the middle of the fried balls add the coal a tbs spoon of oil, cover till the smoke settles. Serve hot. 

Restaurant Style Seekh Kabab

These Seekh Kabab Tastes just like Restaurants..your own delicious kabab can be grilled or just cooked on a griddle..this yummy kababs are shared by my Sister Hajra :) Ingredients 1/2 kg mince 3 tbsp chickpea flour(besan) salt Coriander seeds powder- 2tsp Green Chilly-6 (paste) Garam Masala-2tsp Red Chilli powder-2tsp Turmeric powder-1 tsp Ginger garlic paste-4tsp Cilantro/kotmir-2tbsp finely chopped 2 medium size onion deep fried Oil-to based the kababs, and deep fry the onions. Method Wash mince and drain the water completely.Add all the ingredients except oil.Mix nicely with your hands kneading everything together. Divide the mixture evenly and share into cylinders. Dip your skewer into oil and insert it into the cylinders just to make a big hole in each one.Remove the skewer and continue doing it with all the shaped cylinders. Chapli Kabab just wow! I don't have words to describe this recipe :) very crisp from outside and soft from inside..Do try and comment below dear friends... Ingredients Mutton Mince (keema)500grams Ghee 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp Garlic Cloves crushed 12-15 Ginger, roughly chopped 2-inch piece Onion, deep fried 1 cup Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp Salt Egg whisked 1/2 Oil 2 tbsp Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds and saute till fragrant. Add garlic and ginger and saute.Add keema, deep fried onion and mix well.Transfer to a mixer jar and grind well.Transfer this mixture to a bowl. Recipe Chicken Bread Cup Shared By Mumtaz Vazir This Recipe of ChickenBread cups are best for kids,You can pack this yummy bread cups in their Tiffin Box..they will love it.. :) Ingredients Big Bread Slices 5 Finely Chopped Green Chillies 2Chopped  Ginger 1tspChopped  Onions 2tsp Chicken Cubes 1 cup boiled  Eggs 2  Grated Mozzarella Cheese Handfull  Salt Pepper  Method Firstly flat the bread slices with rolling pin. Then prepare the filling,Heat a pan and add oil. when oil get hot add green chillies,ginger and onions saute well for a minute. Now add chicken cubes with salt and pepper. Grease Muffin tray with butter, place the bread slices in muffins put chicken filling. Now beat eggs with salt and pepper. Pour in each cup.add grated cheese. Bake them at 180 degrees c for 10 Minutes.

Yummy Bread Pakora By My Friend Orub Fatima Ingredients  Bread  Gram Flour (Besan) 1 cup Maida/All Purpose 1 tsp  Turmeric powder 1/2tsp Chilli Powder 1tsp Cumin powder 2 pinch Green Chilli 2 finely chopped Salt to taste  Water  Oil  Method Make a  Batter by adding all the material except bread and oil For frying: Heat oil for shallow fry, take bread cut it in pieces or shapes you like, dip in batter and fry it properly from both sides till it changes its colour. Serving: Take a platter keep bread pakora in it and serve it with chutney or sauce.

Cheesy Bread Bites  My own Recipe  Ingredients Bread Slice 4 (cut out the side) For Kneading dough you will need / If you want skip this kneading method you can use puff pastry sheets.
