Ingredients All purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup Butter Soften - 1/2 cup Salt - 3/4 tsp Powdered Sugar - 3 1/2 tbsp Milk Powdered- 3 tbsp Custard powdered - 2 tbsp Baking soda- 1/2 tsp ( use Ammonia if u had)  Method Salt, sugar, custard powder, milk powder and baking soda should be measured and kept ready. Cream flour(maida) and butter nicely first by mixing it with hand and then you can use a hand mixer to beat well for 5-8 minutes till fluffy. The color will change  to pale yellow. Now add all the Dry ingredients Salt, sugar, custard powder, milk powder and baking soda and again beat to combine and it crumbles. Using your hands combine the mixture and form a smooth dough.
