Mango Stuffed Kulfi

Ingredients Mango 6-8 nos Sugar 1/3 cup Khova 1/2 cup Pista handful chopped Milk (full cream) 1 liter Method Heat milk and reduce it till become 1/3 rd. Add sugar , khova stir and cool completely. Now we need tk remove seed of the mango while keeping the entire shape of the mango intact. Gently squeeze the mango by slicing the head cap of the mango. Retain this cap. Now using a kitchen knife loosened the pulp around the mango seed. Frimly hold the seed and rotate it to loosen it further. Now pull it out. Place the mango with skin on in a small cup so it stands upright. Remove any pulp from the seed and add it back to the empty mango shell. Fill mango shell with the kulfi mixture. Put the mango capback and freeze it. Once frozen, remove and peel the mango and then slice and serve. Garnish with pista and saffron threads for more yummy taste ❣️

Cheese Keema Samosa (iftar special)

Ingredients Mince Mutton (keema) 250 grams Onion chopped 2 Coriander leaves handful Salt Ginger garlic paste 1tsp Coriander powder 1tsp Cumin powder 1tsp Chat Masala 1tsp Garam Masala Powder half tsp Lemon Juice 1 nos Cheddar Cheese  1/4 cup Grated Water & White Flout paste  Samosa Patti Method 1. In a deep pan add 2 to 4 cups of water and add Keema (mutton mince) with salt boil it for 5 minutes. 2. Now drain the water from keema. 3.Now in same pan add keema with all spices mentioned, like salt ginger garlic paste, red chillie powder, Coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, garam masala.Saute for 5 minutes. 4. Add chopped onions and coriander leaves. mix well untill it cook. 5. When the mixture cool down add lemon juice and cheddar cheese. 6.Now lets make samosa by filling our keema filling in it.. 7.Secure the edges with maida and water thick paste which wil act as glue to seal the samosas well. 8. Today I am going to share Moroccan Hash Browns recipe which is hit among kids you can give this yummy hash browns at breakfast or at snack time. I got this recipe from YouTube and my kids enjoyed it very much. This Delicious and nutritious recipe is shared by my cousin sister Fouzia Nutritious Nihari Recipe 4 legs of lamb or goat {Fire roasted and thoroughly cleaned} 1 onion 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tsp dhania seeds 1 tsp peppercorns 5-6 green chillies Corn flour 2-3 tbsp mixed in water to form a paste 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 sticks of cinnamon 4-5 cardamoms 1 bay leaf For the Bagar 1 onion 1 bay leaf 1 bunch of coriander leaves 1 bunch of mint leaves 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste Method 1. Egg toast is my kids favorite Recipe for breakfast or in lunch box. Picky and fussy eater will love this snack.Make and do try out for ramadan too your kids gonna love it. Comment below how it came out ❤️  Ingredients Bread Slices 4  Egg 1 beaten  milk 2 tbsp salt Black Pepper or Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp  Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp  Oil Method  Mix all ingredients except bread. Now heat Pan add some oi to fry Bread toast. Now Dip bread slices one by one in egg mixture well it could coat well in egg mixture. Fry both sides until it changes it color in light brown. Serve this with tomato sauce or mint chutney. My kids just loved in just like that without any sauce or chutney. It's very simple and easy recipe for lunch box or in snack.

Ramadan is near and iam gonna try yummy yet simple Recipes for my kids..as you all know summer is increasing day by day  all we want is easy and fast recipes so here i shared one of my easiest recipe of Dahi Bread. Ingredients Bread Slice 8 Curd  1 cup  Mustard Seeds 1 tsp  Onion 1 chopped Salt  ( according to taste) Black Pepper 1tsp  Oil 2 tbsp  Method Take a deep pan or vessel. Oats Tikka a yummy snack for iftar or lunch box this recipe came out so delicious we all just loved it yum..Do try out and lets us know :) Potato Boiled mashed 2 Oats  1 cup Salt Turmeric powder 2 pinch  Ginger Garlic Paste  Egg 1 beaten  Lemon Juice of 1 lemon  Garam masala 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp  Cumin Powder  1/2 tsp Chat Masala 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves half cup  Method  Mash potatoe well with the help of masher. Add all Ingredients except Oats and egg. Mix potatoe mixture well and give them   round shape. Heat pan put some oil on it lets oil get warm... mean while take beaten egg and set a side.  Now take  potato cutlet and roll it in oats and coat it next dip the cutlet in egg  and again oats. Ingredients for Batter 2 cups Flour 1 egg Salt Water as required Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Chaat masala 1/2 tsp For Filling You will need Chicken mince 150 grms Salt Black pepper 1/2 tsp Redchilli powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Chaat masala 1 tsp 1/2 Capcicum chopped into small cubes Cheese 1/2 cup Oil Method for batter Add flour in a bowl. Mango Trifle

Mango Trifle is made from Sponge Cake, Fresh Mango and fresh cream..Simple and easy Recipe you just have to layer them and serve it chilled... Ingredients 1 kg sponge cake 1 cup mango peeled and cubed 1 cup fresh cream 2 tbsp vanilla essence Few strawberries/ biscuit crumbs or any of your favourite fruit for garnishing Method Cut spong cake in cubes and assemble in a dish. Squeeze out the juice from mango pieces and stir in 6 tbsp of water and vanilla essence. Sprinkle the prepared juice over the cake and keep aside for 15-20 minutes. Cover the cake with mango pieces and pour the cream ver top. Decorate with some fresh strawberries or any desired fruit and refrigerate for few hours. Serve Chilled.

Yesterday i made this yummy cheesy samosa came out so delicious. ..I couldn't take filling pic coz its at that time we are bussy so in hurry i just took this pic :) P.s this is own variation do try n let me know :) Ingredients Mince meat 250 grms Salt Gingergarlicpaste 1tsp Green chili paste 1tsp Coriander leaves 1 bunch Blackpepper 1/2tsp Garam masala 1tsp Chaat masala 1tsp Chees 3tbsp Oil for deep frying Samosa patti sheets 1tbsp flour paste to seal samosa patti Method Marinate mince meat with all spices except cheese Heat the pan and add oil Den add marinate mince meat N fry until done. Today I tried this Mash kai Dahi Badai from page   MySpicytastebuds It's all about sweet,sour & savoury...thanku sitara for this lovely recipe,My hubby liked it very much and praise my work it came out sooo yummy..i did add tempering coz we don't eat without tempering :) Mash kai Dahi Badai Ingredients 3/4 cup white lenti;/mash ki daal 1/2 inch piece ginger 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp cumin seeds 7-8 button red chillies 1 tbsp coriander seeds curd 1 kg 3 tbsp icing sugar 1/4 cup water salt 1/2 tsp chat masala as per your taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves 2 chopped green chilies green chutney as per your likes sweet tamarind chutney as per your likes Method 1. Chana Dal on Iftar table

Easy and yummy Chana Dal on iftar table..love this yummy snack during iftar time. Ingredients Spilt chana daal 1 cup Turmeric 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Black pepper powder to taste Finely Chopped small green chillies 1 tbsp Cilantro 1/2 cup, finely chopped Mint leaves 2 tbsp , finely chopped Lemon juice to taste Method 1. Wash and soak the dal for 4-6 hours preferably. Drain the water away and wash them well. 2. Now boil them in warm water, taking care you do not add too much of water to it. When the dal has soften up, make sure it not mushy an still in its shape, (the water shouldn't be there, it should be dry).. So while boiling water,add only one cup of water and if its dries up before the dal being softened, add little more amount of warm water to it. 3. Remove the dal and add black pepper powder, salt, cilantro , lemon juice and chopped green chillies. Serve it warm.

Stuffed Dates With Ricotta (Paneer)

This extremely satisfying treat, infuses with traditional Middle Eastern Flavours,  relies on dates for its sweetness-remember to use pit-in dates.. Serve 4  Time 10 minutes  Ingredients  Ricotta Cheese (paneer) (you can even use Cream cheese) 1 tsp honey optional  2 tbsp ground almonds (grind them or crush it) 12 medium  dates  12 almonds or Pistachios if using pista use unsalted shelled  Method In a small bowl, stir ricotta and honey until well combined. honey is optional I did not add. With a sharp knife, cut a lengthwise slit on 1 side of each date. Remove pits. Using a small spoon, stuff each date with 1 tsp ricotta mixture. Press 1 almond or pistachio on top of each date. This Recipe is Added By our Member Syeda Sadaf  especially for Ramadan at Iftar time to Boost your Energy! Soak around 10-15 almonds for 1-2 hours. Boil around 1-liter milk with 10-12 deseeded dates and few cardamoms When the milk changes it colors to pretty cream remove from heat and let it cool on room temperature. Once cooled add soaked almonds and blend it nicely along with some crushed ice. add Roohafza on top Serve chilled

This drink can be served as it is or you can add seven up or Sprite to it for a Carbonated taste. Ingredients Green Apple 1 (you can use Red apple also ) if using red apple discard the peel. Mint leaves 1 bunch Lemon juice 2tbsp Sugar 1/4 cup Rock Salt pinch Method Blend all these ingredients in the blender with water and loads of crushed ice and serve chilled. This drink can be served as it is or you can add seven up or Sprite to it for a Carbonated taste.

Simple Avocado spread & Omelette Sandwich  quick and easy for iftar :) By Hajra Avocado spread 1 Avocado mashed well Salt  Lemo juice  2tbsp Green chillies 4 Garlic cloves 3 Egg 1 Avocado sandwich bread Make an omelette with your favourite veggies. or just sliced boiled eggs. Toast bread spread the avocado on one side and tomato sauce on other. Keep the omelette in between the slices. Serve with chilli sauce.

In Ramadan, Hyderabad is famous for Harees/daleem  try this easy harees at home with easy step by step recipe.This yummy and Delicious recipes is shared by my aunt Sayeeda Siddique who is from Riyad :)  Ingredients  1kg boneless mutton 3 cups cracked wheat 4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste  1 cup urad daal  1 cup chana daal 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 cup curd 1 cup light golden color crisp fried onions 1/2 cup cashew nuts  1 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp black peppercorns 1 cinnamon stick  2-3 cloves 2-3 cardamom  1/2 cup ghee  1 cup fresh coriander leaves 1/4 cup fresh mint  5-6 green chillies salt Method Step 1: First wash and soak the cracked wheat for at least 1/2 hour.
