Dates and Almond Milk

This Recipe is Added By our Member Syeda Sadaf  especially for Ramadan at Iftar time to Boost your Energy!




Soak around 10-15 almonds for 1-2 hours.
Boil around 1-liter milk with 10-12 deseeded dates and few cardamoms
When the milk changes it colors to pretty cream remove from heat and let it cool on room temperature.

Once cooled add soaked almonds and blend it nicely along with some crushed ice. add Roohafza on top Serve chilled
