Coconut Chutney

Delicious coconut chutney always one of my favourite with south indian breakfast. Love to have it with dosa , vada,idli and any kind of bajiyas its so yummy lets see how to make this yummy recipes. Ingredients Seasame seeds  3 tbsp Coconut grated 3 tbsp Onion chppcho  1 medium size Tamrind (imli ) 2 tbsp pulp Salt Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Coriander leaves 1 bunch or 1 cup Mint leaves 1 tbsp For tempering Mustard seed( raya) 1 tsp Cumin seeds (zeera) 1 tsp Red dry chilli 3 Curry leaves 6 Method Roast sesame seeds, coconut & onion. In a blender add sesame seeds, coconut and onions firstly blend this in smooth paste then scoop out this paste in vessel or kadai. Add tamrind pulp mint ,coriander leaves along with salt ginger garlic paste and some water in blender and blend it well now mix all paste well with spoon.. Now take a kadai add 2 tbsp oil. when oil get warm lower the flame and add mustard, cumin seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilli...

Green Chutney

Green Chutney a quict and instant recipe that can be added to many snacks like Dahi chat,papdi chat ,raj kachori, sev puri,dahi puri and many more snacks and even for sandwiches... 1 cup fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 2 green chillies 3-4 garlic cloves 1/2 inch ginger 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp roasted bengal gram (dalia) Salt 1 tbsp lemon juice Method Combine coriander,mint leaves with green chillies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, roasted gram dal and salt in a blender jar. Blend well. Add lemon juice and blend again. Add little water, mix and blend again into a smooth paste. Serve with dahi chat papdi,sandwich..etc

Simple yet Creamy.Do give a try and let us know...By Jannah Ingredients Juice of One lime 2 tbsp Cilantro, minced 60z of Non-fat Greek Yogurt (Sour cream is good too) 1 Clove of Garlic, minced  Pepper to taste Method Mix together and store in the fridge until you are ready to use. Meethi Chutney/Sweet Chutney

Meethi Chutney can be eaten as a dip for Samosas, Kachoris,  Dahi Vada and all types of chaat.Home made meethi chutney is far better  than the one available in the market. Kids love this chutney.By Hajra  Ingredients For Meethi Chutney Amchur (mango) paste/Tamarind paste 1 cup Sugar/ Gur (jaggery) 1 cup Black/ Palin salt 1 tsp Raisins 40- 50 (break the stems) Chuare   (dry dates) 5 to 6 (chop into long thin strips if you want) Garam masala 1tsp Elaichi (cardamom) 4 to 5 (peel then crush) How to make Meethi Chutney Soak Amchur powder or tamarind paste with sugar/ gur  and 2 cups of water in the utensil for 30 minutes. Filter this tamarind and sugar mix, Place it on the gas to boil. Put raisins and chuare in this mix, boil till it becomes a thick mixture. Now add salt and Garam masala to it.
