Hyderabad Kabab Cutlis (UNIQUE RECIPE)

Cutlis Kabab is my Bakery authentic Recipe. Sharing with you all as i found it very unique, taste is awesome my kids and family always appreciate this recipe.Do try and let me know in below comments.




Ingredients
Mutton 1kg
Red powder 2tsp
salt as per taste
turmeric powder 1tsp
ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
cumin powder 1tbsp
coriander powder 1tbsp
raw mango powder (aamchoor powder) 1tbsp
garam masala 1tsp
daliya leentil 1 cup
coriander leaves 1 cup
mint leaves 1cup
green chillies 5
lemon 1 (juice)
onion sliced 2 medium (fried)
egg 1
bread crumbs 2 cups
chicken tandoori masala 1tbsp
Corn flour 2tbsp

Method
1.Divide mutton into half

2.you have to cook half mutton in cooker and other half mutton u have to marinate and keep aside.

3.Roast daliya, coriander and cumin powder and set aside.

4.Fry onion just like you fry for biryani
and keep aside.

5.(GREEN PASTE)Now make a paste of green chillies,coriander and mint leaves in blender.

6.Now make a powder of daliya and keep aside.

STEP 1
For marinating mutton
In a equal amount add salt,red chillie powder,ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,coriander and cumin powder, raw mango powder(aamchur powder),garam masala powder.

STEP 2
Now cooked half mutton in a pressure cooker untill the mutton gets tender.

Other hald mutton should be grind in blender.keep aside.


STEP 3
Now when cooked mutton is completely cool down blend it in blender.

Mix the raw and cooked mutton in a large bowl. Now add GREEN PASTE,lemon juice, fried onions and raw mango powder in grind mutton. add salt if needed.

STEP 4
Add daliya powder,tandoori chicken masala,bread crumbs and corn flour and mix well.

STEP 5
Soak bamboo sticks in water for 30 minutes.so that when you fry or barbeque the sticks will not burn.

STEP 6
Take 1 egg and beat well and set aside.

METHOD FOR MAKING CUTLIS KABAB
Now arrange all things
>bread crumbs in a plate.
>beaten egg in a plate.

STEP 7
Now heat pan and start making
cutlis kabab one by one skewer the kababs
on bamboo sticks.

Dip kababs in egg wash first then coat it with breadcrumbs.now shallow fry it on low heat until its brown in color.

Serve with green chutney,onion rings and lemon wedges. yum sounds so delicious you can serve it just like a snack or with plain rice dal.

NOTE
You can bbq, deep fry, bake or shallow fry.can make this as stuffing for pitta bread or sandwitch add some mayo and make delicious shawarma.

Marinate is  main and important thing in this recipe.

Make raw kababs and store in freezer.
