Dahi Papdi Chat
Dahi Papdi Chat is one of the famous and yummiest chat,I alway love to have it as food meal
Dahi papdi is mixture of curd papdi pakodi sweet chutney yummmm...i cant describe the khatta metha taste.Please try it once and have it as snack.
Ingredients
Papdi 1 bowl
Moong Dal pakodi 1 bowl fried
Curd 500 gms
Salt
Black Salt
Roasted Cumin powder 2 tsp
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Sweet Chutney 1 small bowl -----> Click here

Pomegranates Seeds 1 cup
Method
How to make small papdi
Take 100 gms maida and knead it like we do to make mathari.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and make balls from it.Roll these balls like a chapati and cut it into 3 cms.round shape with the help of a pan or a bowl which have sharp corners. if you want you can also make small balls and roll it like a mathri or small shape papdi. Make 5-6 holes in the mathari with knife and fry till they are brown.
How to make moong dal pakodi
Roast moong dal on pan,wash the mong dal when its get cool down,soak dal for 2 hours in the water.strain the water and grind it in the mixer.Make a batter to make fluffy pakodi.Now take small portion of the batter in your hands and fry them in the oil till they turn brown in color.
Dip the moong dal pakodi in warm water and strain the excess water.
Whisk the curd and put salt,black salt,cumin powder into it.
Take a glass bowl or plate.Put papdi,pakodi into the tray.
Pour the curd mixture over the papdi,pakori in the tray. Now put sweet chutney and green chutney over the papdi and other ingredients in the tray. Sprinkle some chat masala and garnish with pomegranates seeds red chili powder and cumin powder.
Dahi Papdi chat is ready to serve.
