Beef Kadai

Beef kadai is one of the lipsmacking dish.
Beef Kadai
Ingredients
Beef : 500 gm
Garlic Paste : 1tsp
Haldi Powder :1/2 tsp
Tomatoes : 4 chopped
Oil
Salt
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Curd 1 Cup
Cream 3Tbsp
Black Pepper 1/2tsp or according to your likes.
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Green Chille 2 slit

Method
In a pressure Cooker add Beef with garlic paste,tomatoes,Turmeric powder
1tbsp oil with 1 cup of water.

Cook till the meat get tender and soft.

Once done take a deep kadai and add  tender meat in with oil,salt,red chilli powder.Saute for 5 minutes.


Now take 1 cup curd and add  3 tbsp cream and mix it well add this in kadai.
saute well till u see oil. add garam masala powder, black pepper powder, green chillies and coriander powder.

lastly mix and cook well for 3 to 4 minutes on low flames garnish with coriander leaves and lemon wedges and onion slices..

Serve hot with  Naan or Chappati or with zeera rice.
