Kaleji Fry with Twist
                          
Usually i just had some daily spices n make dis lamb liver on Eid ul adha but dis Eid i tried some twist in it just chk out my recipe n give it try 😋
something different..
Rose petals coriander seeds




Recipe Ingredients
Lamb Liver (kaleji) 500gm
1medium onion chopped
Whole Garam Masala (cardamon, cloves, black Cumin (shahizeera))
1 tspKasturi Methi dry Fenugreek leaves
1 tspChaat masala
1 /2 tsp Whole crushedCoriander seeds
1 tsp Rose petals
salt as per ur taste
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tbsp gingergarlic paste
1tsp red chilli powder
Coriander leaves 1 cup
oil half cup
water half cup 

Marinate Kaleji with salt, tumeric, red chilli powder, gg paste. add some water like half cup.
Method
Heat pan add oil n fry onions add garam masala coriander seeds crushed chaat masala.
add marinated kaleji den fry well until it get cook add lemon if desire garnish with coriander leaves.. serve with Roti chapati..
