Kaleji Fry with Twist                            Usually i just had some daily spices n make dis lamb liver on Eid ul adha but dis Eid i tried some twist in it just chk out my recipe n give it try 😋 something different.. Rose petals coriander seeds Recipe Ingredients Lamb Liver (kaleji) 500gm 1medium onion chopped Whole Garam Masala (cardamon, cloves, black Cumin (shahizeera)) 1 tspKasturi Methi dry Fenugreek leaves 1 tspChaat masala 1 /2 tsp Whole crushedCoriander seeds 1 tsp Rose petals salt as per ur taste 1/2 tsp tumeric powder 1 tbsp gingergarlic paste 1tsp red chilli powder Coriander leaves 1 cup oil half cup water half cup  Marinate Kaleji with salt, tumeric, red chilli powder, gg paste. add some water like half cup. Method Heat pan add oil n fry onions add garam masala coriander seeds crushed chaat masala. add marinated kaleji den fry well until it get cook add lemon if desire garnish with coriander leaves.. serve with Roti chapati..

Mango Stuffed Kulfi

Ingredients Mango 6-8 nos Sugar 1/3 cup Khova 1/2 cup Pista handful chopped Milk (full cream) 1 liter Method Heat milk and reduce it till become 1/3 rd. Add sugar , khova stir and cool completely. Now we need tk remove seed of the mango while keeping the entire shape of the mango intact. Gently squeeze the mango by slicing the head cap of the mango. Retain this cap. Now using a kitchen knife loosened the pulp around the mango seed. Frimly hold the seed and rotate it to loosen it further. Now pull it out. Place the mango with skin on in a small cup so it stands upright. Remove any pulp from the seed and add it back to the empty mango shell. Fill mango shell with the kulfi mixture. Put the mango capback and freeze it. Once frozen, remove and peel the mango and then slice and serve. Garnish with pista and saffron threads for more yummy taste ❣️

Cheese Keema Samosa (iftar special)

Ingredients Mince Mutton (keema) 250 grams Onion chopped 2 Coriander leaves handful Salt Ginger garlic paste 1tsp Coriander powder 1tsp Cumin powder 1tsp Chat Masala 1tsp Garam Masala Powder half tsp Lemon Juice 1 nos Cheddar Cheese  1/4 cup Grated Water & White Flout paste  Samosa Patti Method 1. In a deep pan add 2 to 4 cups of water and add Keema (mutton mince) with salt boil it for 5 minutes. 2. Now drain the water from keema. 3.Now in same pan add keema with all spices mentioned, like salt ginger garlic paste, red chillie powder, Coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, garam masala.Saute for 5 minutes. 4. Add chopped onions and coriander leaves. mix well untill it cook. 5. When the mixture cool down add lemon juice and cheddar cheese. 6.Now lets make samosa by filling our keema filling in it.. 7.Secure the edges with maida and water thick paste which wil act as glue to seal the samosas well. 8. Recipe Shared By Amena Madani Khan Chicken Manchow Soup Ingredients: Whole chicken cut into pieces 5 liters of water 5 tsp of olive oil 5-6 whole black pepper 2 tbsp of cumin salt 3 spring onions 4 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 egg whites 2 tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp coriander leaves,finally chopped 1/4 cabbage, finally chopped 1 medium capsicum, chopped 4 tbsp french beans, chopped 2 carrots, chopped 2 tsp green chillies, chopped 1 tbsp soya sauce 1 tsp vinegar NOTE : For soup there is no exact measurements. This is just a rough guide. More of 1 thing and less of another makes no difference.It's completely up to personal taste. Make this Healthy version of smoothie for your kids as engery booster iam  sure they will you more next time ❤️ Recipe Banana 2 chopped chicko   7 to 8 chopped sugar     4 tsp milk        1 cup dates       2 dates remove seeds Vanilla & chocolate ice cream for garnishing Method In blender add banana and chiku with milk then blend it for a minute. Now add sugar dates in the blender. Blend it well so that no lumps should found in the smoothie. if needed add some milk. Now serve it in the glass by adding chocolate ice cream then at smoothie then top it with some vanilla ice cream. Serve chill. Iam sure your kids will love this as my kids just love this even though they don't no i added dates in it...😜
