Kofta Curry

Make this Awesome kofta Recipe for Suhur or for iftar dinner...Its simple easy and quick recipe.. Ingredients Mince mutton Ingredients Mince mutton (keema) 1/2 kg ginger garlic paste 1tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Roasted Chick pea flour (besan) 1tbsp Garam Masala 1/2 tsp Onion  1 medium chopped Grind all above ingredients in grinder... For Gravy Heat oil in a cooker then add 1 chopped Onion and fry till it turns out soft and Pink in color Cumin powder . Now add ginger garlic paste 1 tsp and add 3 chopped tomatoes mix it well and saute well, then add 1 tsp red chillie powder , turmeric powder pinch , cumim powder 1/2 tsp, Salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala mix well and saute. Then add curd.mix it well. Now put the lid of cooker and let it giv 2 whistles then open it and saute well now you willl see  oil. Add kofta in gravy dont mix now again put the lid of cooker and let it whistle for 3 to 4 times.. Open the cooker and add coriander leaves and cook it on low heat.. when

This delightful recipe of Mutton Kunna can be ready in minutes and good to serve around people.Follow all the steps to get awesome comments <3 :D Ingredients Mutton shanks with bone 1/2 kg Oil 1/2 Cup Potatoe 2 cut into cubed Tomatoe 2 chopped Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp Red chilie powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Curd 4 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Aniseed 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp Black cardamom 1 Cloves 2 Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Mace 1/2 tsp Onion thinly sliced 1 Method Add oil in pressure cooker, add the meat, ginger garlic paste ,red chilie powder and salt. Oats Tikka a yummy snack for iftar or lunch box this recipe came out so delicious we all just loved it yum..Do try out and lets us know :) Potato Boiled mashed 2 Oats  1 cup Salt Turmeric powder 2 pinch  Ginger Garlic Paste  Egg 1 beaten  Lemon Juice of 1 lemon  Garam masala 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp  Cumin Powder  1/2 tsp Chat Masala 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves half cup  Method  Mash potatoe well with the help of masher. Add all Ingredients except Oats and egg. Mix potatoe mixture well and give them   round shape. Heat pan put some oil on it lets oil get warm... mean while take beaten egg and set a side.  Now take  potato cutlet and roll it in oats and coat it next dip the cutlet in egg  and again oats. Aam Panna or Abshola

Aam Panna or Abshola  -Delicious mango drink during summer season its a cooling drink. Ingredients 3 large raw mangoes Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp Black pepper 1tsp 2 tsp black salt Sugar to taste Jeera Powder  1/2 tsp Method Take the raw mangoes and rinse it well with water. Pressure cooker raw mangoes for 4 whistles till they get soft and tender. Remove the mango peel and take out mango pulp. mix the cardamom, Jeera powder, salt and sugar to the mango pulp. mix the ingredients or grind the pulp in mixer grinder or with the help of hand blender to make it smooth. while serving aam panna, fill aam pana in half of the glass then add half glass cold water. add some ice cubes and serve it cold.

Beef Kadai

Beef kadai is one of the lipsmacking dish. Beef Kadai Ingredients Beef : 500 gm Garlic Paste : 1tsp Haldi Powder :1/2 tsp Tomatoes : 4 chopped Oil Salt Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Curd 1 Cup Cream 3Tbsp Black Pepper 1/2tsp or according to your likes. Garam Masala 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1tsp Green Chille 2 slit Method In a pressure Cooker add Beef with garlic paste,tomatoes,Turmeric powder 1tbsp oil with 1 cup of water. Cook till the meat get tender and soft. Once done take a deep kadai and add  tender meat in with oil,salt,red chilli powder.Saute for 5 minutes. Now take 1 cup curd and add  3 tbsp cream and mix it well add this in kadai. saute well till u see oil. add garam masala powder, black pepper powder, green chillies and coriander powder. lastly mix and cook well for 3 to 4 minutes on low flames garnish with coriander leaves and lemon wedges and onion slices.. Serve hot with  Naan or Chappati or with zeera rice.

Whenever i make this yummy desert  my family members like it so much...They alway tell me to make this  sweetdish even my mom's neighbours like to have it..... my kids and my siblings including my mom loved it and appreciate my work ☺💖 Ingredients  Ice cream vanila 1/2 liter  Dark chocolate half block (melted) Pineapple chopped (i used tin pineapple slices 3 slices with syrup)  Oreo Biscuit 2  packs  Mango chopped 1  Cake spong 1/2kg  Coffee powder Nescafe 2 tbsp  Cream whipping 1 cup  Method 1.Melt dark chocolate in double boiler and set aside. 2.Now cut spong cake in cubes. 3.Take a big bowl add 1 full glass of water then add coffee powder in it, mix it well. 4. Dahi Papdi Chat is one of the famous and yummiest chat,I alway love to have it as food meal Dahi papdi is mixture of curd papdi pakodi sweet chutney yummmm...i cant describe the khatta metha taste.Please try it once and have it as snack. Green Chutney a quict and instant recipe that can be added to many snacks like Dahi chat,papdi chat ,raj kachori, sev puri,dahi puri and many more snacks and even for sandwiches... 1 cup fresh coriander leaves 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 2 green chillies 3-4 garlic cloves 1/2 inch ginger 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp roasted bengal gram (dalia) Salt 1 tbsp lemon juice Method Combine coriander,mint leaves with green chillies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, roasted gram dal and salt in a blender jar. Do try and let me know how it came out 💖 Chicken 1 Cut into small Cubes Red Chilli powder 1tbsp Vinegar 4 tbsp Salt Curd 2 tbsp Onion 1 big chopped Red food Color 2 drops Oil Coriander leaves 1 cup Mint leaves 1/2 cup Chat Masala 1 tsp Lemon juice 2tbsp Coriander Powder 1tsp Cumin powder 1tsp Method Marinate Chicken with 3 tbsp Vinegar and 1tbsp of salt for 2 hours. In a blender grind chopped onion Coriander and mint leaves. In another Bowl add 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp vinegar, lemon juice, curd,food color , chat masala , grinded paste and salt and mix it welll. Now marinate chicken with spices mixture well. Now take a big pot or vessel n heat oil. Add marinated Chicken and mix it well. Now keep it on hight flame for 5 minutes.make sure to mix often in middle orelse it will burn.
