Cutlis Kabab is my Bakery authentic Recipe. Sharing with you all as i found it very unique, taste is awesome my kids and family always appreciate this recipe.Do try and let me know in below comments. Ingredients Mutton 1kg Red powder 2tsp salt as per taste turmeric powder 1tsp ginger garlic paste 2tbsp cumin powder 1tbsp coriander powder 1tbsp raw mango powder (aamchoor powder) 1tbsp garam masala 1tsp daliya leentil 1 cup coriander leaves 1 cup mint leaves 1cup green chillies 5 lemon 1 (juice) onion sliced 2 medium (fried) egg 1 bread crumbs 2 cups chicken tandoori masala 1tbsp Corn flour 2tbsp Method 1.Divide mutton into half 2.you have to cook half mutton in cooker and other half mutton u have to marinate and keep aside. 3.Roast daliya, coriander and cumin powder and set aside. 4.Fry onion just like you fry for biryani and keep aside. 5.(GREEN PASTE)Now make a paste of green chillies,coriander and mint leaves in blender. 6.Now make a powder of

Delicious coconut chutney always one of my favourite with south indian breakfast. Love to have it with dosa , vada,idli and any kind of bajiyas its so yummy lets see how to make this yummy recipes. Ingredients Seasame seeds  3 tbsp Coconut grated 3 tbsp Onion chppcho  1 medium size Tamrind (imli ) 2 tbsp pulp Salt Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Coriander leaves 1 bunch or 1 cup Mint leaves 1 tbsp For tempering Mustard seed( raya) 1 tsp Cumin seeds (zeera) 1 tsp Red dry chilli 3 Curry leaves 6 Method Roast sesame seeds, coconut & onion. In a blender add sesame seeds, coconut and onions firstly blend this in smooth paste then scoop out this paste in vessel or kadai. Add tamrind pulp mint ,coriander leaves along with salt ginger garlic paste and some water in blender and blend it well now mix all paste well with spoon.. Karela alu sabzi is one of the unique Recipe which i tried.Having something unique at your breakfast table make your day happy Alhumdulilah..just love the way it came out ❤️😋 Ingredients Karela (bitter groud) 7 to 8 (keep the peels) Alu (Potatoe 2 thinly sliced) Onions 2 Medium sliced 5 to 6 Green chillies   Salt Turmeric 2 tsp Coriander powder 2 tbsp Sauf (fennel seeds) 3 tbsp Red cilli powder 2 tsp Aam chur powder (raw mango powder) 3tbsp Zeera Powder 1 tsp Oil 2 tbsp Method First Step is to Peel karela (bitter groud) dont throw the peels ! we have to use it in our recipe. Now apply salt on karela and its peels and set a side for 30 minutes. Wash karela and its peels under running water. apply coriander powder on karela and its peels and set a side. Heat the pan or kadai and add 2 tbsp oil now add karela anf fry untill it changes its color. Take out all karela after frying and set aside. Now in the same pan add onions fry until translucent now

Ingredients  Apple 1 Beetroot  half Carrot  2 lemon (optional) black salt (optional) Method Wash and clean apple, beetroot and carrots well with water and peel and cut them in cubes.(dont peel apple) In a juice mixer add apple , beetroot and carrot. Add lemon juice and black salt and ginger if desire for more taste. Add some ice cubes and serve chill. Note If you dont have juicer mixer then you can simply use your grinder. Today I am going to share Moroccan Hash Browns recipe which is hit among kids you can give this yummy hash browns at breakfast or at snack time. This Delicious and nutritious recipe is shared by my cousin sister Fouzia Nutritious Nihari Recipe 4 legs of lamb or goat {Fire roasted and thoroughly cleaned} 1 onion 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tsp dhania seeds 1 tsp peppercorns 5-6 green chillies Corn flour 2-3 tbsp mixed in water to form a paste 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 sticks of cinnamon 4-5 cardamoms 1 bay leaf For the Bagar 1 onion 1 bay leaf 1 bunch of coriander leaves 1 bunch of mint leaves 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste Method 1. Wash and drain the legs of lamb and put them in a pressure cooker 2.Put in the onion,cardamom, cinnamon , dhania peppercorns, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and bay leaf into the pressure cooker. 3.Add water untill the meat is completely covered and over two inches extra water. 4. Egg toast is my kids favorite Recipe for breakfast or in lunch box. Picky and fussy eater will love this snack.Make and do try out for ramadan too your kids gonna love it. Comment below how it came out ❤️  Ingredients Bread Slices 4  Egg 1 beaten  milk 2 tbsp salt Black Pepper or Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp  Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp  Oil Method  Mix all ingredients except bread. Now heat Pan add some oi to fry Bread toast. Now Dip bread slices one by one in egg mixture well it could coat well in egg mixture. Fry both sides until it changes it color in light brown. Serve this with tomato sauce or mint chutney. My kids just loved in just like that without any sauce or chutney. It's very simple and easy recipe for lunch box or in snack.

Ramadan is near and iam gonna try yummy yet simple Recipes for my kids..as you all know summer is increasing day by day  all we want is easy and fast recipes so here i shared one of my easiest recipe of Dahi Bread. This Recipe is very unique recipe good to serve at breakfast specially for kids. Do try out and let me know in below comment box how well your little munchkin liked it 😍 mine enjoyed a lot... Ingredients Bread Slice 8 Curd  1 cup  Mustard Seeds 1 tsp  Onion 1 chopped Salt  ( according to taste) Black Pepper 1tsp  Oil 2 tbsp  Method Take a deep pan or vessel. Heat the oil.when oil get warm add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds pop up add chopped onions.Cook onions on low heat until it gets translucent. Now dip each bread slice in curd and place in vessel. Now add salt and black pepper. Mix it well make sure not to break all the breads. cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Now serve in a blow.  Note : Good for snacks time. Can add veggies to while adding onion. Tang Lollies

Summers are here and my kids need some refreshments so today i tried this yummy tang lollies ..Recipe is very easy and simple to make.I made this one day before so that my kids can have them on sunny day..They enjoyed a lot while having this yummy lollies..Do try and leave a comment below ❤️ Ingredients  Tang Mango flavour  4tbsp  sugar 2 tbsp  salt 1/2 tsp  water as required Ice Pop Mold set (i use 6 pop mold set) Method  Add Tang mango flavour powder in water as required mix it well. I added sugar to enhance the taste. You can add salt, if you want some tangy taste.( it's optional you can skip salt part)  Now mix it well and pour them in ice pop mold and set in deep freezer for atleast 4 to 5 hours. Serve chill with roohhafza.

Chicken Handi Recipe is Very delicious restaurant style chicken handi recipe that is made in a special vessel called handi. Handi is  kind of cooking pan that was used in indian cooking. Ingredients Chicken  2 sliced onions 2-3 chopped tomatoes 3tbsp ghee 4 garlic cloves  1 1/2 tsp ginger paste  1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander seeds 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp chilli powder 3-4 green chillies Salt  1 tsp garam masala  2tsp dried fenugreek  1 cup curd  Method  Heat ghee in a pan. Allow it to melt. Fry onions in ghee till they are dark golden brown. Once they are dark brown remove and keep them separately in a bowl. In the same ghee, add chopped garlic and tomatoes. Cook them until they are soft. Add the fried onions back in the ghee and mix it well. Add ginger paste and mix it well. Add cumin seeds, curshed coriander seeds and green chillies. Add turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder. Give it a mix. Add boneless chopped chicken in the mixture and mix it well. Fry them well till they are ni

Cholai Bhatura With One Ingredient

Cholai Bhaturai is Popular Punjabi recipe with spicy tangy flavors...In this recipe i had given a twist which you can easily make at home with just one ingredient its optional u can even add more ingredients to it if u want it more tasty...This recipe is quite easy and time saving which is liked by my family.. ❤️ do try out can easily pack for lunchboxes too... Ingredients Kabuli chana (soaked overnight )  2 cups salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 pinch Oil 2 tbsp Cholai Masala (any brand) 3tbsp Method Add water,salt and baking powder in Pressure Cooker to boil kabuli chana for 15 minutes.. Now take a pan or kadai add oil. when oil gets warms add cholai masala in it lower the flame of pan den cook the masala for minute. the masala should not get burn or dark it should be light brown. Add boil kabuli chana without its water.. And mix it well add salt. you can even add mango powder or lemon juice for tangy taste.. Now mix it well add that left over boil water of chana
