Bread without Oven

Today iam sharing Bread Recipe without using oven..Make sure to follow all steps well if any doubts ask me below in comments ❣️ Ingredients Plain Flour /Maida : 2 ½ cups Hot Milk 1 Cup Yeast 2 ¼ tsp  Sugar 1 ½ tbsp Milk Powder 2tsp Salt 1tsp Butter 1 tsp Milk & Butter to Brush  Method 1. In a bowl add one cup of hot milk, Now add 1 ½ Tbsp of sugar. Mix untill the sugar is dissolved. 2. After the sugar is mixed milk should be warm. 3. Now add Yeast 2 ¼ tsp and give it a mix. Now keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes at any warm place. 4. After 5 to 10 minutes check yeast it should get frothy.  5. Now in a same bowl add 2½ cups Maida or Plainflour, 2 teaspoon milk powder, 1 teaspoons salt. Mix well until it combined and form a dough. 6. Now transfer it on a platform Knead it for 10 minutes add water if needed. 7. The Bread dough should be soft and non sticky. 8. Now on a dough add 1 teaspoon of butter and start kneading for 5 more minutes. 9. In a clean bowl Grease it with butte

Falafel { Middle Eastern Recipe}

Falafel is deep fried snack from middle Eastern eat as filling in pita bread taste delicious cant have just one...you will love to have more in your pita bread wrap with some chopped salad and dressing of garlic mayonnaise. Its deliciously yummy very easy to make do try and let me know thank you ❣️ Ingredients 2 cups dry chickpeas soaked for 24 hours  1 onion chopped 1 bunch coriander leaves or Parsley chopped 1/2 Tbsp salt  1/2 Tbsp ground cumin powder 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp coriander powder  1/2 red chilli powder 4 garlic cloves 2 Tbsp chickpea powder Oil for frying Method In a blender add chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt , cumin powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garlic cloves. Blend these ingredients in smooth paste. Now add Chickpeas and blend all together  keep the mixture of chickpeas coarse not smooth. Add Chickpea flour and mix well until combine. Now heat oil in deep pan, make small medium size balls and slowly add in hot oil.

These Chocolate double cookies are all gooey and chewy delicious! Rich Fudge cookies with lots of chocolate chips. Enjoy   Ingredients 1 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt  1 teaspoon baking powder 1/ 3 cup unsalted butter melted 1/2 cup golden brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk at room temp 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence 1 cup chocolate chips Method 1.The first thing you want to do is measure out one cup of all purpose flour. And make sure to spoon it in an level it off with a knife. Measuring properly is super important in baking. 2.Now seive the dry ingredients top of you mixing bowl add the flour in along with  1/3 cup of cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Keep aside. 3.In a separate bowl ad 1/3 cup unsalted melted butter along with 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 cup of golden brown sugar. 4. Hareesa   Hareesa is Middle Eastern Recipe usually cooked in Ramadan and in  winters,its good for your Health and keep you warm and healthy..This recipe is basically from Qatar,Qatari and many like saudi Arabia  and iraqi people eat this. you can use Chicken or beef too. Perfect Fried Onions With Special Trick

5 cups water Oil for frying 2 big Onions slices Cold water with ice (can use cold water) Method Take 2 big size onions and need to sliced thinly with the help of knife or slicer. Now take a deep vessel and add 5 cups water and keep on stove on low flame. On another stove Keep a pan add oil for Frying onions, set flame on low. Firstly after slicing Onions Put them in Cold Water and keep them atleast for 5 minutes. Now drain Water from onions. Now add these onions in Hot water and give just one boil. Close the flame  Check oil if its hot or not.With the help of Spoon slowly add hot Onions in Oil be careful it Will spill on u lower the flame. After adding all onions in oil keep on higher flame n stir onions well check now slowly it will turn light brown in color keep eye on them now they will turn in crispy form. all onions wil be in same color and it become so crunchy. Kaleji Fry with Twist                            Usually i just had some daily spices n make dis lamb liver on Eid ul adha but dis Eid i tried some twist in it just chk out my recipe n give it try 😋 something different.. Rose petals coriander seeds Recipe Ingredients Lamb Liver (kaleji) 500gm 1medium onion chopped Whole Garam Masala (cardamon, cloves, black Cumin (shahizeera)) 1 tspKasturi Methi dry Fenugreek leaves 1 tspChaat masala 1 /2 tsp Whole crushedCoriander seeds 1 tsp Rose petals salt as per ur taste 1/2 tsp tumeric powder 1 tbsp gingergarlic paste 1tsp red chilli powder Coriander leaves 1 cup oil half cup water half cup  Marinate Kaleji with salt, tumeric, red chilli powder, gg paste. add some water like half cup. Method Heat pan add oil n fry onions add garam masala coriander seeds crushed chaat masala. add marinated kaleji den fry well until it get cook add lemon if desire garnish with coriander leaves.. serve with Roti chapati..

Mango Stuffed Kulfi

Ingredients Mango 6-8 nos Sugar 1/3 cup Khova 1/2 cup Pista handful chopped Milk (full cream) 1 liter Method Heat milk and reduce it till become 1/3 rd. Add sugar , khova stir and cool completely. Now we need tk remove seed of the mango while keeping the entire shape of the mango intact. Gently squeeze the mango by slicing the head cap of the mango. Retain this cap. Now using a kitchen knife loosened the pulp around the mango seed. Frimly hold the seed and rotate it to loosen it further. Now pull it out. Place the mango with skin on in a small cup so it stands upright. Remove any pulp from the seed and add it back to the empty mango shell. Fill mango shell with the kulfi mixture. Put the mango capback and freeze it. Once frozen, remove and peel the mango and then slice and serve. Garnish with pista and saffron threads for more yummy taste ❣️
