Deep Fish Fry

Mouthwatering!This is delicious Crispy Fried Fish.It's a quick and easy dish to serve with family or company. This yummy recipe is shared by my Aunt Saeeda Siddique  :) Ingredients Fish 1 kg (any) Red chilli powder 2 tbsp Turmeric powder 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp Gram masala powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Cumin powder 1 tbsp Tandoori masala  1 tbsp Onion 1 sliced Some coriander leaves Lemon wedges Green chilli 2 Oil for deep fry Method First take a bowl and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste,garam masala  powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tandoori masala and 1tsp oil.Mix it well. Now marinate fish with the  prepared masala well. let the fish marinate for 5-6 hours in the fridge. Heat the oil in a wok or deep pan. when oil gets warm add marinated fish slowly be careful while frying.. Cook until fish is done. Garnish with Coriander leaves, onion rings, lemon wedges and green chilli.

Delicious Mutton Yakhni

Delicious Mutton Yakhni Recipe By Ayesha Rizwan Ingredients 1/2 kg Mutton Curd 2 cups Fried Onion 1 cup Salt 2tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric Fresh Coriander and Mint Leaves 2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder 2tsp Ginger-garlic paste 1/2 Cup Oil For Marination, you will need Mutton Curd Salt Red Chilli Powder Turmeric Ginger-Garlic Paste Mix and keep aside. Method Take a cooker add oil then add marinated mutton fry for 5 minutes then closed the lid.  cook till  mutton is tender.  Now cook for few mins on low flame till gravy is thick.  Now add fried onions, garam masala powder and mix. Garnish with lemon juice coriander and mint leaves.   Yummy mutton yakhni is ready.   Serve with paratha or rice.

Yesterday I tried this Kakori Kabab...I got this recipe from Cook With Faiza . Ingredients Mince 1kg (super fine with fat) Cashew nuts 15 Ginger & garlic paste 2tbs Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Poppy seed 1 tbsp Salt 1tsp Poppy seeds 1tbsp Garam masala powder 1tsp Coal to give a BBQ flavour Method Grind cashew nuts, poppy seeds, ginger & garlic to make a paste. Marinate the minced with the grinned paste, crushed red chilli, salt, garam masala mix well. Now grease your palms lightly and make balls. Heat the coal red hot, Place the foil in the middle of the fried balls add the coal a tbs spoon of oil, cover till the smoke settles. Serve hot.

These Seekh Kabab Tastes just like Restaurants..your own delicious kabab can be grilled or just cooked on a griddle..this yummy kababs are shared by my Sister Hajra :) Ingredients 1/2 kg mince 3 tbsp chickpea flour(besan) salt Coriander seeds powder- 2tsp Green Chilly-6 (paste) Garam Masala-2tsp Red Chilli powder-2tsp Turmeric powder-1 tsp Ginger garlic paste-4tsp Cilantro/kotmir-2tbsp finely chopped 2 medium size onion deep fried Oil-to based the kababs, and deep fry the onions. Method Wash mince and drain the water completely.Add all the ingredients except oil.Mix nicely with your hands kneading everything together. Divide the mixture evenly and share into cylinders. Dip your skewer into oil and insert it into the cylinders just to make a big hole in each one.Remove the skewer and continue doing it with all the shaped cylinders. Ingredients Mutton Mince (keema)500grams Ghee 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp Garlic Cloves crushed 12-15 Ginger, roughly chopped 2-inch piece Onion, deep fried 1 cup Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp Salt Egg whisked 1/2 Oil 2 tbsp Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds and saute till fragrant. Ingredients lamb meat 250 gm onion paste 2 large ginger garlic paste 2tbsp tomato paste 3 large salt garam masala(wet) 1tsp coriander powder 2tsp coconut powder 3tsp red chilli powder 2tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp green chilli 3-5 coriander leaves 2tbsp whole garam masala :- black pepper 5 green cardamom 3 big cardamom 1 cinnamon 1 bay leaf 1 oil Method Add oil in a pan.put the bay leaf,green cardamon, black peppers. now add mutton pieces. Fry mutton and add onion paste,cook untill onions get light pink in color.add turmeric. After 2-3 mins add ginger garlic paste,cook again for 3 mins. Add coriander powder mix it well. Brinjal with Curd very easy and delicious  Brinjal 4 to 5 cut into slices Hung Curd 1 cup Salt Ajwain Cumin Seeds Curry Leaves Curd Chillies (Dahi ki Mirchi) Oil Ginger-garlic Paste For making Curd you will need Onion 1 Chopped Salt Coriander and mint leaves - 1 cup chopped Add these with ingredients in Curd and mix well. Keep aside. Method Rub Brinjal with salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Keep aside. Heat oil in a Pan, when oil gets warm simmer the heat and add ajwain seeds, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and add brinjal slices. fry it well for 3 minutes and cover the lid of pan for 5 minutes. Now open the lid and check if brinjals are done. Add these fried brinjal in Curd. Mix slowly(don't over mix ) Serve it with Rice or Chapati.

Recipe Desi Banana Shared By Noorjahan Mohammed Easy peasy Yummy Bananan Cake on Pan Ingredients One ripe yellow Banana Ghee 4-5 tbsp Eggs 4 Milk 1/4 cup Milk Powder 4-5 tbsp Maida 1 tbsp Sugar 5-6 tbsp Method Peel n slice Banana.Heat 2tsp ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat, add sliced banana in pan and saute till banana changes its colour.close the stove and Keep aside. In a mixer or Food Processor add 4 eggs,1/4 cup milk,4 spoons of milk powder,1tbsp maida,sugar and beat till its fluffy. Add the fried banana and blend for few more seconds. In a nonstick pan or a cooker put 2-3 tsp of ghee, pour the mixture and close with a tight lid. let it cook on a low flame. Keep checking it by inserting a knife into it and if it comes out clean it's done. Let it cool and then de-mould it. Almond and dates can also be added to enhance the taste.

Strawberry Cheese Cake Recipe Shared By Farah Zebah Ingredients Cream Cheese 1/2 cup Mascarpone cheese 1 cup Sugar 1/2 cup powdered Vanilla Essence 3/4 tsp Digestive biscuit 10 to 12 biscuits Butter 5 tbsp melted Strawberries Sliced for topping Method Take a cake tin, I used normal microwave bowl. Take biscuits in a blender and powder it, take it in a bowl. Add in melted butter and mix well. Put the biscuits filling in the tin and spread it out evenly with a spoon and pack it well.Put this in freezer while you work onthe filling. Take cream Cheese,Mascarpone cheese in a bowl and cream using a spoon. Add in powdered Sugar and vanilla and cream/mix well again. Pour this over the base and put it in fridge for 2 hours or overnight preferably. Arrange some strawberries all over top. Slice and serve chill.

Dabba Gosht Recipe By Mumtaz Vazir An inventive recipe.A mix of chicken, boiled potatoes, Macaroni and grated Cheese is packed between layers of egg and baked... Ingredients 1 kg Boneless Chicken 2 Onions Finely Chopped 2 Big tomatoes ground 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp paste of 6 green chillies,1 capsicum,a handful of coriander leaves and a few spinach leaves) Salt & pepper 3 tbsp beaten kaju paste 2-3 Beaten eggs Grated Cheese 2 Potatoes cubes and boiled A handful of boiled macaroni Method Heat oil add onions fry well. Add ginger-garlic and tomatoes. After some  times add the ground masala and salt pepper and chicken cook well till dry and chicken done. Finally add kaju paste. Now assemble a baking tray. First layer baking tray with chicken and macaroni, then add potatoes, pour beaten eggs and cheese. Finally garnish with tomato slices. Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Recipe Delicious Chocolate Mousse Shared By Sania Nora Easy and Quick recipe for Chocolate Lovers!  Ingredients Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips/milk chocolate-1 cup Butter-1tbsp Hot Water-2tbsp Instant Coffee Powder-2tsp Eggs-2 large(Separated into yolks and whites) Sugar-1tsp(to be mixed with egg yolks) Salt-1/8 tsp Sugar-2tsp (to be mixed with egg whites) Heavy whipping Cream-1/2 cup Vanilla Extract-1/2tsp Powdered Sugar-1tbsp Method Mix instant coffee into the 2 tbsp of hot water. Ingredients Fruits cut in Cubes China Grass(agar agar) 1 packet Vanilla essence 1tsp Sugar 2tbsp Vanilla Ice cream 2 scoops Chocolate syrup for garnish Method Take all fruits and chopped in cube shape. Add 2 tbsp of sugar in chopped fruits and mix it well. Now make the china grass . China Grass (agar agar)- 1 packet Soak it in 3 cups of water for an hour. after one hour cook agar agar with the same water in which it had been soaked. As time been the agar agar will get dissolve, now add sugar as per your taste.Cook until it becomes little thick. Now turn off the stove,Add 1tsp of vanilla essences and pour over the fruits in the glass as seen in image N0-1 Note:- While making agar agar stir it continuously. Mini CupCakes  Made this yummy Mini CupCakes for my younger Son Cute Sweetu Pie Rishan... he love this cupcakes...:)  Ingredients Flour-3/4 cup Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup Oil-1/4 cup Milk-1/2 cup Baking soda -1/2 tsp vinegar-1tsp Egg 1 Vanilla essence-1tsp Raisins Optional 2-3 tbsp salt one pinch Method Preatheat Oven to 350 degree F. Mix vinegar in the milk and keep aside.Sieve the dry ingredients-flour,baking soda,powdered sugar,a pinch of salt and keep aside. whisk egg and sugar till it get creamy. now add oil,vanilla essence,milk+Vinegar mix and keep aside. Now pour the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients and whisk it well together,do not over mix! i have added some pink and yellow icing colours on top just to make colorfull..:) Line Paper Cups in Muffin tray and scoop the batter in about 3/4 way.Use ice cream scoop its easier & consistent that way.Top the muffins with some dry raisins.Ready to bake ! Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted i
