Yesterday i made this Achari Murgh the taste was so yummy i cant tell you readers go a head and try out this delicious recipe made By My Aunt Saeeda Ingredients 1/2 kg Bones/Boneless Chicken 2-4 Dry Red Chilies 2-3 Medium Onions 2 Tomatoes 2-4 Green Chili (optional) 1/2 Cup Yogurt plain (beaten) 1tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Garam Masala (optional) 4 tbsp Lemon 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1/2 Cup Oil Salt For Preparing Roasted and Ground Masala 2tbsp Cumin Seeds 2tbsp Mustard Seeds 1 tbsp Onions Seeds 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds 1tbsp Fenugreek Seeds 2-3 Cinnamon Stick 2-3 Cloves 2-3 Green Cardamons (optional) 2-3 Black Peppercorns (optional) For Garnishing Coriander leaves, Mint leaves and Green Chillies finely chopped Method For Preparation Clean and wash the chicken and drain well. Recipe Shared By Amena Mukarram Reshmi Paratha Ingredients Flour 1/2 kg Yeast 1tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee) as required Cream 1 cup Sugar 2 tbsp Water as required Method In a bowl add flour, yeast, salt, cream, sugar, with water as per requirement. Knead it and keep it for half and hour. Now roll a roti of this dough pour 1/2 cup clarified butter on it and sprinkle a little bit of flour and make a roll. Now cut the ball with the help of the knife and refrigerate for half an hour. Roll it like roti and fry it on the griddle with clarified butter. Delicious Reshmi Parathas are ready to serve.

Home Made Charga yummy Licious Recipe Shared By Juveria Jabeen Zubair Ingredients Whole Chicken 2 kg Ginger Garlic paste 3 tbsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tbsp Salt 2 tsp Chilli Powder 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp All Spice/Garam masala powder 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice 4 tbsp Food Color  Red or Orange 1/2 tsp Curd 1/2 Cup Oil For Frying Method Thoroughly wash the chicken and make cuts on either side. Rub with lemon juice from inside as well as outside. In a big bowl add curd and all the spices and food color mix well and apply this marinade on the chicken and with the remaining marinade, Marinate the chicken for 3 to 4 hours in the fridge. After the shake off excess marinade and deep fry, the chicken from all the sides by turning it after the side is light golden brown in color. In a pot place the fried charga and remaining marinade add 2 to 3 tbsp of oil ( I used the same oil which I fried the chicken) cover and cook on slow flame till thoroughly cooked (turning the c

Meat Fry tastes yummy... If you had with some hot Rice and drizzle with some Desi ghee!!! It's a perfect combination with Dal Papad..This yummy and finger licking recipe is shared by Amena Mukarram. Ingredients  Beef meat 1/2 kg  Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs Red chilli powder 2 tsp  Turmeric 1/4 tsp  Tomato 1 chopped  Green chilli 3  Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Oil Method In a cooker add meat, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt & red chilli powder. Add 2 cups of water and cover with lid and pressure cooker it for 6,7 whistles or until the meat gets tender and cook uncovered until the water evaporates. Heat a pan add oil and fry meat for five minutes.  Add green chilli, coriander leaves. Mix well.  Now lower the heat of stove let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Close the stove. Garnish with onion slices and lemon. Serve with dal , rice or Roti
