Hi Reader, Check out my new recipe! I have made this recipe with some twist...it came out so yummy my family loved it... Do try and let me know how it came out 💖 Chicken 1 Cut into small Cubes Red Chilli powder 1tbsp Vinegar 4 tbsp Salt Curd 2 tbsp Onion 1 big chopped Red food Color 2 drops Oil Coriander leaves 1 cup Mint leaves 1/2 cup Chat Masala 1 tsp Lemon juice 2tbsp Coriander Powder 1tsp Cumin powder 1tsp Method Marinate Chicken with 3 tbsp Vinegar and 1tbsp of salt for 2 hours. In a blender grind chopped onion Coriander and mint leaves. In another Bowl add 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp vinegar, lemon juice, curd,food color , chat masala , grinded paste and salt and mix it welll. Now marinate chicken with spices mixture well. Now take a big pot or vessel n heat oil. Add marinated Chicken and mix it well. Now keep it on hight flame for 5 minutes.make sure to mix often in middle orelse it will burn. After 5 minutes lower the heat of stove and let it cook
