Bread without Oven

Today iam sharing Bread Recipe without using oven..Make sure to follow all steps well if any doubts ask me below in comments ❣️



Ingredients
Plain Flour /Maida : 2 ½ cups
Hot Milk 1 Cup
Yeast 2 ¼ tsp 
Sugar 1 ½ tbsp
Milk Powder 2tsp
Salt 1tsp
Butter 1 tsp

Milk & Butter to Brush 

Method

1. In a bowl add one cup of hot milk,
Now add 1 ½ Tbsp of sugar. Mix untill the sugar is dissolved.

2. After the sugar is mixed milk should be warm.

3. Now add Yeast 2 ¼ tsp and give it a mix. Now keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes at any warm place.

4. After 5 to 10 minutes check yeast it should get frothy. 

5. Now in a same bowl add 2½ cups Maida or Plainflour, 2 teaspoon milk powder, 1 teaspoons salt. Mix well until it combined and form a dough.

6. Now transfer it on a platform Knead it for 10 minutes add water if needed.

7. The Bread dough should be soft and non sticky.

8. Now on a dough add 1 teaspoon of butter and start kneading for 5 more minutes.

9. In a clean bowl Grease it with butter well and rest the dough, cover with cloth or lid for one hour on warm place.

10. After 1 hour check your bread dough should be double in volume.
Now remove it from bowl and knead gently to remove all air from dough..

11. Shape your bread dough in log or accordingly ur Bread tin.

12. Make sure to pinch bread dough orelse your bread will have cracks.

13. Now transfer dough in bread tin.
Cover bread dough with cloth for 1 more hour.

14. After 40 minutes Pre-Heat Cooker or Vessel.

15. You can use any vessel or any utensils should be bigger in size and height which will ensure even cooking. Basically when you try to put your bread tin inside the cooker or utensil it should fit and has some space on top then you can use that utensil.

16. Inside the cooker we will add 1 cup salt and spread the salt well in utensil or cooker 

17. Now place cookie cutter, bowl or stand  on salt to increase the height.

18. Cover the cooker or utensil with its lid which means you need to remove its cooker lids gaskit and whistle. 

19. Cover it for 10 minutes as preheat temperature.

20. Now apply Milk layer on bread dough with the help of pastry brush.

21. After 10 minutes place bread tin inside cooker or utensil quickly cover the cooker or utensil with its lid and lower the flame to Medium High.

22. Bake bread for 30 minutes.

23. Check your bread after 20 minutes. If your bread colour is light in colour apply more layer of milk.

24 Now bake 10 more minutes.

25. After 30 minutes bread is baked. Take it out from cooker or Vessel and apply butter. dis will make bread soft.

26. After it cools down slice your bread and Toast it apply some butter and serve it with Coffee or Tea. 🌸❣️

NOTES TO REMEMBER :
Low flame mean more cooking time and dry bread.

High Flame mean less Cooking time and very moist bread.

Should b set flame on Medium High heat !
