Ingredients
Mince Mutton 1/2 kg
Channa dal
Cloves 8
Green cardamom 4
Black cardamom 2
Cinnamon 1 stick
Cumin crushed 1 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1tsp
Salt
Onion 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Red Chilli powder 1tsp
Coriander chopped 1/2 cup
Green chilli chopped 4
Cream 2tbsp
Egg 1

Ingredients For Dal
Orange lentil 1 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
Water 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1/4 cup

Ingredients For Tempering
Ghee 4 tbsp
Whole red chilli 4
Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Method
For making Kofta
Wash and clean the mince squeeze the water out. Pour oil in a pan, add mince, chana dal, cloves, green & black cardamon, crushed cumin, ginger garlic paste, crushed black pepper, onion, salt, water. Cook it well until the mince is tendered and becomes dry.

Now make the paste in grinder add red chilli powder, chopped coriander, green chilli, cream, egg mix it makes smooth balls

Then deep fry them in ht oil keep them on a side

For Making daal add orange lentil, water, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt red chilli powder boil it until they are tendered well.

Now cool it and blend it well then pour lemon juice , chopped green chilli, green coriander boil for 10 mins

Theb put the fried koftay in dal
In the end temper it
Serve hot with Rice or roti
