Reshmi Paratha
Ingredients
Flour 1/2 kg
Yeast 1tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Clarified Butter (Ghee) as required
Cream 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Water as required
Method
In a bowl add flour, yeast, salt, cream, sugar, with water as per requirement. Knead it and keep it for half and hour.
Now roll a roti of this dough pour 1/2 cup clarified butter on it and sprinkle a little bit of flour and make a roll.
Now cut the ball with the help of the knife and refrigerate for half an hour.
Roll it like roti and fry it on the griddle with clarified butter.
Delicious Reshmi Parathas are ready to serve.
