Chicken 65
Wow i never knew trying chicken 65 was so easy to make at home better taste then which we get from Resturants! Do try and let me know dear readers. By Saeeda :)
Ingredients
chicken (boneless pieces) 500 gms
chilli powder 2 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
corn flour 2tsp
flour 2 tsp
salt as per taste
egg 1
green chilli 1
oil for deep frying
curd 2tbsp
tandoori masala 1/2 tsp
red food color 1/2 tsp
vinger 1/2 tsp
soy sauce 1/2 tsp
hot chili sauce
curry leaves 5 to 6
2 cup water
spring onions 1/2 cup
Method
Marinate chicken pieces with red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, tandoori masala, food color, put some water in it and cook till water completely eveporate.
Now take a bowl put chicken piece and add flour, corn flour, egg and mix well, leave it to marinate at least for 1/2 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and put the chicken pieces in the hot oil one by one and fry on medium flame. tranfer fry chicken pieces on paper towel.
Now take a pan add oil when oil gets hot add spring onions, green chilli , black pepper, soy sauce, vineger, hot chili sauce, curd.
Mix well when the gravy become thick add chicken pieces and cook it for 5 minutes and serve it with Chappati or Zeera Rice.
