KFC Chicken

Make your KFC @ Home with this simple Recipe of my..yummy, easy and delicious..




Ingredients
chicken 250 gm
corn flakes 1 cup (grind corn flakes in fine powder)
red chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
ginger- garlic paste 1tbsp
chicken masala (cumin & coriander powder)
corn flour 1tbsp
maida flour 1 tbsp

Method
Marinate chicken with salt,red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chicken masala, corn flour and maida.
Marinate and set aside for 1 hour.
Grind cornflakes in fine powder. heat oil in a deep pan.
Take marinated chicken and coat with cornflakes powder and deep fry till they are golden brown in color.
Serve hot with rice & dal...
