Mini Burger Patties
Ingredients
Mince Meat 250 gm
Onion 1 Chopped
Salt
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Lemon Juice one
Egg Beaten 1
Buns
Cheese Slices
Onion Slices
Lettuces Or Cabbage Leaves
Tomato Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Method
Take a pan add oil.
Add chopped onions and fry till light golden brown.
then add salt red chilli, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,garam masala power, mix well.
Now add mince mutton and mix nicely. add half cup water if needed.
Now cover the lid for 5 minutes on low heat.let it cook.
Open the id and mix it and cook until done add coriander and mint leaves.squeez lemon juice.
Take this mixture out in plate and let it cool down,when its cool down make medium round shape patties and press light and dip in beaten egg just roll in and shallow fry the patties.
How to Serve
Cut each bun horizontally into two and toast them lightly in an oven or tawa (griddle).
Spread a little tomato ketchup and mayonnaise on the lower half.
Place 2 lettuce/cabbage leaves on each bun.
Place a patti on top and then 1onion slice, 2 cucumber slices,
2 tomato slices and 1 cheese slice.
Spread some mayo on top and then cover with the remaining half of the bun.
