Buns Farcis /Stuff Buns
Today I made this yummy Bun Farcis /Stuff Buns for my kids, they loved so much mashallah..it's quite different method but i love the way it came out soft and delicious.Do try and comment below dear friends :)
Ingredients(For 6 Buns) serve 3 to 4
3 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup cold milk
2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
2 teaspoons dry yeast
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 egg white
For Filling you will need
250 gm of mince meat
onion 1 chopped
cabbage 1 cup chopped or grated
salt
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric pinch
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
coriander leaves bunch chopped
vinegar or lemon juice 1tsp
green chilli sauce 1tsp(optional)

Method
1.Heat the butter in a large heavy pot.Turn off the heat.
2 Add the milk, sugar,and salt.Mix well with a wooden spoon until thoroughly dissolved.
3.Crack the egg, add to the mixture and mix well.Add the dry yeast and let it all sit for 1 minute.
4.Add 2 cup flours and mix well with the spatula or wooden spoon for about 1 minute.The dough will be very sticky.
5Cover the pot and let it rise for 1 hour until it double in size.
6.Punch down the dough lightly with your palm, Now Knead the dough by hand for 1 to 2 minutes and cover again.Let it rise for 30 minutes.
7.Knead and fold the dough for another minute until it makes a smooth dough ball.
8.Place the 1/4 cup flour on the cutting board and sprinkle with some flour.Transfer the dough ball to dusted cutting board and divide into 6 equal size pieces.
9.Flatten them into small discs and fill them with 1 tbsp of the filling.Reshape them into a ball.Apply the white egg wash.Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.
10.Bake them in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 15 to 17 minutes or until light golden brown.
For Filling You can make any type of filling which you want to have.veg or non-veg.
For Filling Method.
Heat Oil, Add chopped onions saute util light brown, add some chopped cabbage,and other ingredients ginger-garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder, now add mince meat mix it well n saute for 10 minutes or until done,add vinegar,green chilli sauce,saute for a minute and add coriander leaves..
