Chocolate Cake With 3 Tablespoon Butter

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon butter softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk

For Chocolate Frosting
1 cup dark chocolate
1/2 tsp butter
1/2 cup thick full cream
2 tbsp milk

Method for Frosting
Take a double boiler and melt dark chocolate when its starts to melt add 1/2 tsp butter, thick cream and 2 tbsp milk.mix it well until its melt.keep aside to cool down.
Now take hand whisk or hand beater, beat until it's creamy.
keep this frosting in freezer to cool.


Method

Preheat oven to 350 degree F (175 degree C).line a muffin pan with paper or foil liners.Sift together the flour, baking soda,
cocoa and salt.Set aside( I made this as cake in 9 inch cake tin )

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition ,then stir in the vanilla.Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk beat well.Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full or in 9 inch cake tin.

Bake cupcake for 15 to 17 minutes(if baking cake then it should bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven,or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.Let the cake cool down completely if you're frosting your cake :)
Frost with Your favorite frosting and grate some dark chocolate on frosting this will give your cake very rich taste.
