This is my First Guest Post For sis Ainy of AINYCOOKS....I love cooking and love to do experiment with food I alway make something new and Innovative Dish...which are liked and appreciate by my friends and family,They alwaz encourge my work <3..I know Ainy of Ainy cooks By FACEBOOK, MASHALLAH she runs a Page.. she had her Own Website..I love her recipes they are unique with full flavours of Pakistani aunthentic Food Recipe.I follow her recipes and specially tried her mom's traditional recipes which ainy sis alway talked about..I tried KARHI PAKORA and the taste was amazingly outstanding...In Ramadan I made this yummy yummy Recipe of Ainy sis which are called MONG KI DAL KE MUTHI PAKORE it's just wow mouth watering..I am really lucky to have Ainy sis :) she always encourages and motivates me..I recently made my very own Website blog with the help of Ainy sis...I am thankful and honoured to call her as my Elder sister...I had Given this awesome Recipe of mine for Guest post to AinyCooks...

Recipe Nimish-A Nawab's Delight also know as Famous Daulat Chat At Delhi Shared By Sania Nora Good Morning Ladies, Finally I got Whipping Cream after Searching almost like 5 supermarket finally I got at Balaji Grand Store Banjarahills Hyderabad This Delicious dessert is really rich creamy.As it's rich..I was waiting for morning to have it. Tried and Tested enjoy :) Double Cream (Heavy Whipping Cream) 300 ml Powdered Sugar 500gms Rose Water 1tsp Saffron a generous pinch Milk 80ml (1/3 cup) Pistachio for garnish Method Warm the milk and add saffron to it.Let it sit till the colour is infused into the milk.Mine was actually not s good saffron,so though i get the taste it does not impart great color.Let this mix cool down.
