Chicken Fatayer/Stuff Buns 
These Triangular Pies are perfect finger food appetizers.fatayer has several names depending on the country, you can use any type of filling spinach, cheese, mince meat, Basically you have to use Spinach but I have used chicken... choice is yours

 Ingredients

2 Cups all purpose/plain flour 
1 tsp instant dry yeast (put 1tsp dry yeast in 1/4 tbsp of water to get active yeast)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1tsp sugar 
4tbsp oil or melted butter
1 tbsp some warm water or milk for kneading 

Method For Kneading Dough
Knead the dough with all the ingredients using warm water/milk and then cover and set aside for about an hour or until it doubles in size.
Once the dough is well risen, punch it down and divide it into 10-12 equal sized pieces.
Shape them into balls, set them aside to rest for 15 minutes , make sure you keep them covered.

In the meantime, after kneading the dough, and it is having its first rise, you can start preparing your filling.

For the Chicken filling , you will need 
Ingredients 
Chicken pieces 250 gm
Salt 
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp 
Pinch of sumac spice if you have or else you can skip 
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp 
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp 
Chaat masala 1tsp 
Vinegar/lemon juice 1 tbsp
Red food color (optional)

Method For making Chicken
Heat oil in a pan. add chicken and fry for a minute.
Add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder and red food color. mix well and cook it until it's done.
Now add vinegar or lemon juice, mix well.
Add black pepper, garam masala powder, chaat masala lastly cook for a minute and you're done.
Off the stove, keep aside.

Method For Filling 
Once the dough balls have rested for 15 minutes, roll each one out into a small circle of about small shape size of puri.
Place some of the chicken filling in the center, then pick 3 ends from the circle and bring them together in the center so that the buns don't open up during baking.

Place the buns on a greased tray. Brush them with olive oil/oil or egg wash and you can sprinkle some sesame seeds. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C and bake about 15-20 minutes or until the buns are golden. Serve! hot with sauce 

Note :-
You can use any type of filling like paneer cheese,keema and mix vegetables.
To get nice golden brown color on buns you to brush the buns with egg wash.
Keep your eye on buns don't burn them, keep the temperature of your oven on 180 degrees C.
