Pepper Mutton

Ingredients
Mutton - 250 gm
Onions - chopped 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder- 1tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1tsp
Oil
Salt to taste
Method
1. Cut mutton into medium size cubes and wash cleanly.
2. Add chilli Powder, Curd, Salt and a little water. Mix well and keep aside for few minutes.
3.Heat a thick bottomed vessel. Add the marinated mutton and cook on a medium flame till it get tender.
4. Heat oil in a thick bottomed kadai or pan. Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
5. Add the cooked tender mutton and continue cooking till the water gets thickened. Add pepper powder and fry for few minutes.
6. Remove from heat when the meat is getting dry.
7. Serve hot with Rice.
