Gravy Chops 
Today we had gravy chops with hot chapatis and this dish is our all time favourite...I tried my mom's recipe...She makes this chops every weekend and the taste was so yummy..... I can't describe the taste for that you have to try this recipe and do comment below how it came out... <3 :) 


Ingredients
Lamb Chops 250 gm
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Coriander leaves  2 bunch
Green chillies 3
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Onion 2 chopped finely
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1Tbsp
Lemon Juice 1Tbsp
Oil

Method
1.Grind Mint, Coriander leaves and Green Chillies  in a blender and keep aside.

2. In a pressure-cooker add lamb chops with chopped onions, salt, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.

3. Add Grind paste with half glass water in it. Close the lid and bring to high pressure, then
let it whistle for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, Reduce pressure, and  remove the lid. Then place a pan  or kadai  on stove, add oil  in a pan cook until water evaporates  and leave oil from sides.

4. Garnish with coriander leaves  and serve with hot chapatis or parathas.
