These yummy delicious Red velvet cupcakes look so yummy.....



Ingredients 
Makes 24 Cup Cakes 
2 1/2 cup flour (maida)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar 
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence 
1 1/4 cups buttermilk 
2 oz red food colouring 
1 tsp white vinegar 
1 heaping tsp baking soda

For Chocolate Frosting 
Ingredients 
3 tbsp butter soften 
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/3 cup powdered sugar 
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

Mix all the ingredients and blend well till the mixture is smooth.
Pipe this mixture in a piping bag and decoration it on the cool cup cakes.


Method 
Sift together maida, salt, cocoa powder 
Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl till soft and creamy 
fluffy.
Add vanilla and mix.
Mix the butter- milk and the food colouring till blended well.
Add the maida mixture and the butter mixture alternatively in the 
butter batter and blend well.
Now add the baking powder and vinegar in it and blend well.
Now put them in the cup-cake moulds and bake them in the oven for 10 mins or till the cup cake is done.
Check it by pricking the tooth- pick in center of the cake and it comes out clean.
Keep it in rack for cooling.
