Ingredients All purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup Butter Soften - 1/2 cup Salt - 3/4 tsp Powdered Sugar - 3 1/2 tbsp Milk Powdered- 3 tbsp Custard powdered - 2 tbsp Baking soda- 1/2 tsp ( use Ammonia if u had)  Method Salt, sugar, custard powder, milk powder and baking soda should be measured and kept ready. Ingredients 1/2 Small Onion 1tsp Poppy Seeds Roasted 2tsp Kaju Roasted 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder Salt to taste 2 Medium to hot Green Chillies 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 2tsp Curd Few Drops of Lemon 4-5 mint leaves 1 bunch Coriander leaves 400 gm Mutton 4 Tbsp Oil Garam Masala according to your taste or just add 1/4 tsp Method In  a Pressure Cooker, add clean and washed meat.
